Working with you
David and Lucy are Chartered Accountants with, collectively, over 60 years’ experience in practice.
Our approach is non-judgemental. We are here to help and will always give you our considered, professional opinion on the best way forward.
We place great importance on maintaining high technical standards but we don’t do jargon. Right from the word go we will communicate with you in plain English to help you navigate the ever-changing UK tax system.
Free meeting
In order to determine your exact plans and requirements, David or Lucy will spend up to an hour to talk things through with you in an initial consultation, completely free of charge.
Monthly payments
To help you spread the cost of your accountancy bill, we have a couple of monthly payment options available. Our monthly payment scheme provides the opportunity to make payments-on-account towards annual services we provide. Our fixed, all-inclusive monthly fee is available usually when we’re providing a bundle of services throughout the year. Our terms of business provide further details.
Saturday meetings
We know it can be difficult to find time during the week to address your accounts when you’re busy running a business. That’s why we’re happy to make ourselves available for an initial meeting on a Saturday if this is more convenient.
The one rule for these meetings is that dress down is mandatory!

We adopt a proactive approach to client service, which is at the heart of our firm’s core principles. David and Lucy meet regularly to reflect on clients’ individual needs, ensuring our client base is free from worry about accounting and tax-related problems.

We encourage you to talk to us at an early stage about any issue that may be worrying you – our fixed fees include unlimited ad hoc queries, which means you will never feel that you can’t pick up the phone or drop us an email if you want to talk to us about something.
