Lucy joined the firm in 2011 and became a Partner in 2015.

Lucy is responsible for day-to-day operations within the practice and for ensuring that all staff work to the highest standards in providing first-class client service. She is also responsible for implementing the most reliable and efficient systems and software in our practice, and ensuring our staff are fully up to date with professional training and the latest technical guidance.

Lucy achieved First Class Honours in Economics at the University of Surrey in 2003. She then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, rising to Senior Manager in 2008. She was based in the London and Southampton offices. Her role included overseeing the delivery of multiple engagements, including blue chip companies, across a range of industry sectors.

Lucy wanted a new challenge, her objective being to remain in professional practice but get closer to the operations, accounting and tax of smaller and medium-sized businesses and so, in 2011, she joined our firm. Lucy now has a wide portfolio of clients from a range of industries and backgrounds. Lucy is committed to ensuring clients feel valued and receive an optimal service year after year.

Lucy has three daughters and her interests are keeping fit and outdoor pursuits including gardening, spending time at the family beach hut, walking, cycling and boating.
